My wife and I recently took another vacation in Cabo. We stayed at Villa del Palmar. We always try to find something new to try and always drop in to Cabo Wabo for a beer and some chips and guac at least. So we take a taxi into town and have them drop us at CW. We walk you to the entrance and a huge bouncer stops us at the entrance and asks what we want. We tell him a couple beers. He says, there's a two appetizer minimum with drinks. Now normally I would just say fine because we normally order that anyway. However, it's just the way he said it, like it was a demand and the fact that he was turning people away. We just walked away. So I just have to ask. Sammy, did you sell Cabo Wabo, or is this how you're running your bar now?? I know Covid was tough, but this is a bit extreme for you, isn't it?

I love an ice cold shot of the blanco or the reposado I use those 2 make Caboritas with. I only shoot the anejo if you use it in a mix drink u are wasting your money and most importantly a damn fine tequila!

Sammy, if you're watching this, THANKS! I made margs for my wife with the standard blender recipie. They were good. Then I made margs per this u tube demo...WAY BETTER! You are right, your way is a mans way. The salt makes a big difference. Truth be told, I used low brow ingredients. However, my showmanship when I made the margs kicked off a good night. Thanks Sam...keep on keeping on and shit!

El Toro Loco recipe: 4oz Dr Swami & Bone Daddy's marg mix, 2oz 100% agave tequila, (Costco has a full litre 100% anejo for $20) splashes of lime, lemon and orange juices, Triple Sec & agave nectar. Shake It Up and Pour It Out. Add splash of lime juice & Grand Marnier. Lemme know what ya think. Red Rocker Rules!!

I hope that I look that youthful when I'm 66 years old!!! Cabo Wabo is the only tequila I drink! I hear people talk about Cuervo 1800, I don't care how fancy you try to make Cuervo it taste's nasty and smells awful! Here's my Caborita recipe. In a drink shaker put in ice and then combine 2 ounces Cabo blanco or reposado, 2 ounces triple sec, 2 ounces orange curaco, 2 ounces of orange juice, 2 ounces of rose's sweetened lime juice, then top off the shaker with master of mixes lite margarita mix. Shake 21 times and then pour into lightly salted margarita glass. Guys make these drinks for a lady friend, your girlfriend, or your wife and you will get laid that night!!!
