And today, 1st Cooking Tutorial for 2024 - NZ CRAYFISH in Honey Garlic Butter Sauce!
- Broil the Crayfish for 7mins (bring water to boil first before putting in the crayfish)
- Half the Crayfish as shown in video
- Add the Garlic, Onion, Olive Oil, Honey and Butter
- Grill in oven for 7 and a half minutes at 220°C
- BON APPÉTIT!
