I don't make New Years Resolutions simply because, like so many other people.....I break them by the middle of February, lol. So rather than feeling like a failure with breaking unrealistic resolutions, I give myself realistic goals like being more positive, having more fun....drink more water, lol. happy new year Laura & Joe. and, yes you're right Laura about the greens & the water. my new year's resolutions isn't to set one at all. I fail every single time I make one. I however normally fail on February 1st. so, this year it was to make better choices food wise & a lot more water. And, to also work on myself. And, to force myself to write every single thing I eat down. that's all I am planning to do. nothing that I will fail on I don't think.

I love how when you say on LITK that you make this or that at home, I Love that when we watch this channel, you can see how truthful that statement is!I agree Laura, the week between Christmas and New Year's is tough, and then to have to take everything down makes the next week less pretty (as my son said) LOL! I think that's the best advice you've given us joe and Laura, which is drink more water and eat one portion of greens a day. I do that too. It's definitely a good and realistic habit to keep.

For what I like to put on my pizza, my favourite pizza place is called Sliver. It's in Berkeley, CA and they make one vegetarian flavour per day (check out their website for the daily flavours...very inventive). But I LOVE the hot sauce they make with cilantro, serranos, and lemon. It's more of a pesto consistency and it's heaven.
