I've been struggling for years with my weight. Now i've been wanting to lose weight so that i can start trying to have a baby with my hubby. But the moment i think about restricting my eating i go completely nuts. I want to binge and eat everything on sight and i'm so tired of this vicious cycle. My hubby is very supportive but he never struggled with his weight, so he doesn't understand. Its really depressing to think that i might never have a baby if i don't lose 100 lb :(

What would happen if you took the focus off your weight and tried to add in things that nourish you (consistent joyful movement, water, adding in more veggies, tuning in to your natural hunger signals, improving how you relate to food, etc.)? 👈🏻 As opposed to restricting or taking out anything. How would that feel? I would think those behaviors would benefit you more than the unpleasant restrict/ binge cycle. Hugs to you!

That is SUCH a great answer! After engaging heavily in the diet/binge cycle for almost 24 years, I am taking the non-diet approach and ENJOYING my life WITHOUT all of the noise in my head about what my body "should" look like.

If you restrict you can end up losing fertility too. Even if you don't lose weight. You need to focus on listening to your body. If your body is at a weight it's not meant to be it will lead you to lose the extra weight just if you listen to it properly. But restricting will not solve your problem if anything it can make it worse.

Hello! I'm new to your channel, so forgive me if this has been recently mentioned. I'm just wondering what your weight loss has been, and time frame you've been IE? Also, on a side note... your hair is so pretty! Do you have gray in your roots? xo, Janet .... mamato11 from Texas
