I have Gaddi dog which is a lower Himalayan variant of TM. And he is the worst nightmare for jackles in the hills. He can fight wolves, but these days there are not many wolves.

Only the tibetan mastiff from china are expensive. Seen some in australia that doesn't look anything like the one you see in china and they're cheap. Well not that cheap, about $2000 compare to the ones they sell in china
