The leaving out or leaving in of plot are important. I feel the nailing the character’s personality is absolutely as important. I feel like many plot lines can be compressed if certain things from the plot lines not being used but have important character development is pulled and blended into the plots they keep.

Re the caller who talked about the soundtrack: I think she and everyone else interested in the soundtrack might appreciate a project I'd been putting together - a catalogue of all the musical motives and spreadsheets detailing where they occur in the show! I posted it on my Bluesky a while back, as well as r/WoTShow. I'll try posting a link in a reply to this comment (I know KZbin can be problematic with external links sometimes). If y'all do want to do a show on Balfe's score some time, I'm happy to join, or at least just let you use the tracker spreadsheet as a resource for your discussion!

Hi, I am a long time fan of the book series. I dont know if there are other places to ask, but here i go. 1. In s1 episode 7 , during the fight scene there is a moment where the camera pans to the side of a clif. In that moment you hear something. I put on the subtitles. ( i am belgian, bud i start without most of the time) and the translation of that noise was : Tigraine. I always tought it was a mistake, bud now i wonder if that will be tied in wit S3. 2. In the trailer , elayne was shown with a crown, and most ppl seem to think it is the crown of andor. Isnt it possible that it was the crown of cairhienn taken by the Aes sedai? The where there when the partner of the queen to be was revealed as a dark friend, so....

Finally getting a chance to watch this episode, and I think it would have been great if you had played the Teaser at half speed for Kate the second time through because it Flickers by so quickly.

@TheDustyWheel YES get pReview’d on the show! Adam loves the books and they both genuinely love the show. They are both hilarious and would be awesome guests, I’ve actually wanted to see them on the show for awhile! They didn’t say that they are not covering Season 3, but that Season 2 didn’t get enough traction to justify it on their main channel so they might have to do it as a Patreon release or something. But I’m hoping that if the interest in the trailer for season 3 is strong they might be convinced!
