HappyDays Perhaps a No Flying challenge. No equipment that allow you to fly, Including: Hermes Boots-Frostspark boots *_WINGS_* Rocket Boots Flying mounts Anti-gravity potions ETC. However, hooks can be used as well as the balloon set. Featherfall potions are fine as well, as you are falling and not flying.

Ok, I know this isn't too big of a thing, but I found an incredibly useful tip for Terraria. I've been using it for a while, and it's reliable and super useful, too. If you defeat the old one's army and get an explosive trap staff, you can summon traps anytime, anywhere on the screen, and for 5 mana. They give off light and also kill enemies, so if you're cave exploring you can click around the screen to find dark caves and loot you wouldn't have seen otherwise. This has helped me a lot with finding life crystals and giant cave systems, and I just thought I'd share it with you guys. Love your vids happy!

Addendum to this challenge: with mobile now no longer having Ocram, if your on Old-gen console or 3DS ding the challenge Ocram can be the final boss, as Moon Lord is the final boss on mobile

I personally think this can be done considering i know a lot of people probably did their first playthrough without buffs specifically from potions, myself included. Having no armor would obviously mean the player will have to be super fast and be very good at recognizing attack patterns and dodging them. But idk, ill see how it plays out

Unless you can sequence break the mechanical bosses, i don't think so. Since they will force the fight to end at dawn, you have to have a certain DPS level in order to pass their fights, and I don't think any pre-hardmode weapons have that kind of DPS.

short answer yes long answer: you need potions, the best ranger setup, some really good accessories (Im counting ranger emblem as pre hardmode) With menacing setup. Spam star cannon/Sharanga (If on mobile) so in a nutshell: grindy annoyingness dependent on a lot of skill and luck, most definitely a hard one.

I dont think that would be fun to watch or do, the only weapon capable of dealing enough damage to kill mech bosses is the starcannon and with only pre-hardmode armor and accessories it might as well be as hard as the No Armor challenge
