Well done lads. I meet my other half on gaydar 15 years ago last saturday. Which was years before apps. Just wanted to you all to know that you can find people on social media and make a go of it. Were 4 dogs in (two pass at the age of 15), 3 houses later and just upmoved from Manchester to the Welsh Border as were now in our 50's and want to plan for our retirement together. Life can throw a lot of crap at you so as long as you both are honest with each outher and chat regular, then you can make it through any situation together.

@@happyhealthyhomo Verse to those who think and see human life on earth as daily mating/dating: 1 Corinthians Chapter 7 32 But I would have you without carefulness. He that is unmarried careth for the things that belong to the Lord, how he may please the Lord: 33 But he that is married careth for the things that are of the world, how he may please his wife. 34 There is difference also between a wife and a virgin. The unmarried woman careth for the things of the Lord, that she may be holy both in body and in spirit: but she that is married careth for the things of the world, how she may please her husband. 35 And this I speak for your own profit; not that I may cast a snare upon you, but for that which is comely, and that ye may attend upon the Lord without distraction. Know it: LOVE = SPIRIT, LUST = CARNAL. What do we want? - being daily lusted after and to keep living ourselves and keeping everyone else also in the sin of fornication? Or do we want and ask for to BE LOVED ON DAILY BASES? We are all commanded to LOVE one another, not lust after one another neither to abuse one another. 1 John 4:7 - Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. 1 John 4:20 - If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen? John 15:13 - Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. John 14:15 - If ye love me, keep my commandments. 1 John 4:8 - He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. 1 John 4:18 - There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love. 1 John 3:18 - My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth. Proverbs 10:12 - Hatred stirreth up strifes: but love covereth all sins. Matthew 6:24 - No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon. Romans 5:8 - But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Ephesians 4:2 - With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love; 1 John 4:10 - Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. BIBLE speaks of LOVE, not of lust. In our brokenness have we transformed LOVE into lust and live daily confused, broken, hurt, blind, deaf, proud = all this is our doing, GOD is not to blame, we are. Souls, remember: GHOSTS = DEMONS. you and your loved ones ain´t demons. You and your loved ones are ADAM = mankind, created in the image of GOD. you and your loved ones stay not around to "ghost", we return back to dust and back to GOD. Genesis 5:2 Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam, in the day when they were created. Ecclesiastes 12:7 Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.

Oh my gosh. I loved this video! It's nice to see a more vulnerable side of you guys, but I understand your point in protecting your privacy. Thank you for sharing. I feel like a combination of each of you. I am all over the place, overthink, sigh, but also won't express my feelings, stone faced, internalize everything. My husband is just like Keegan. Likes to debate, rationalize, and analyze everything. However, like Joel, I think I calm him down and soften his edges, and he grounds me when I'm flipping my cracker jacks!

@happyhealthyhomo you guys make a great team. I wish you both the best. I watch you guys and think, "Man, that's so true," or "if I only knew.".. "I wish I could have"), I really appreciate your platform, I'm in my mid-50s now and struggled to be fully out and accepting even of myself in my late 40s. It was mental anguish. I don't wish anyone to go through that torment. I grew up very similar to Joel in a religious (Christian) background, so I hid my whole life. Anyway, you didn't ask for my life story. I just wanted to say that your channel is great, I appreciate it and both of you, thank you. Jeff

I'm a sigher too. I feel like my need to sigh stems from mental illness. Sometimes, my mind is such a jumble that if I sigh it helps pops things into place. It helps to relieve stress. It helps me focus. It brings me into the moment. It's relief, joy, contentment. Sometimes it IS annoyance or anger, but mostly it's self care.

This was very special! I'm so happy for you both!!! Your relationship seems to be very unique and mature - especially in the gay community. I think of a couple who started dating in the university years and I personally think they were too young and immature to have a lasting relationship and time has proven me right. But you both are in your early 30's and "have been around" so to speak, and now have started a mature, loving relationship. So happy for you!!

You guys happen to pop up your podcast on my KZbin feed it is so refreshing to hear you guys actually met online and hadn’t met in person. There’s something to be said about getting to know someone through discussion you really get to know someone I think it’s a wonderful thing in fact, I’ve met my fiancé online and the nice thing about that is that you get to know the person you’re not infatuated with the looks or anything you were just getting to know the human soul and for me at my age having similar values having similar interests, makes it all the more evidence to me That you guys are on the right track I think too many dating apps there’s so many things you have to worry about being catfish at stateside is really bad over here. I don’t know what it is like in UK but just getting to know someone through discussion kinda like a good old-fashioned date where you actually talk, and you’re not looking for a hook up or anything of that sort it’s when I wasn’t looking that I found my soulmate. We actually haven’t met yet. We’re planning to when he gets back from deployment but I think you guys are spot on.

Great video. I never understand the word 'boring'. Life is such an adventure that the concept just doesn't make sense to me. But more importantly, I would want to be with someone who I can't wait to spend time with, that I can share things with ,and who's company I enjoy having around. Not everyone has to agree. But why would you want to date, love, and share a life with someone you wouldn't want to be around outside of a romantic scenario?

16:00 Living in Pontefract personally I think this over logic element comes from the pub culture combined with the previous generation being Thatcher's personal nemesis. It created a generation of parents that are very definite about what is right and wrong and considerations for others. Partly because there was a divide amongst people just about at the poverty line and people well beneath it. Always consider the impact on others, behave becuase of how it indicates you were "Raised right". But never the luxury of disengaging. I'm guessing Joel comes from a... ah a southerner. Haha I joke I'm ASD and I've never got the whole regional bs lol. 26:00 Fantasy books are the best has Keegen read Ian Irvine's Three Worlds Cycle? Or Terry Goodkind's The Sword of Truth?

My own mother's same sex relationship, that woman was a total horror, a "step monster" and generally evil person. I believe that she was bi-polar alcholic caused decades of misery.
