Harassed by Millionaire that thinks he owns Lake Washington Kayak Fishing

This millionaire thinks he owns all of Lake Washington. He simply doesn't like people fishing near his new dock where bass are located close by. He threated to call the police on me and repeatedly tells me I don't know the law.

Obstructing the taking of fish, shellfish, or wildlife-Penalty.
(1) A person is guilty of obstructing the taking of fish[, shellfish,] or wildlife if the person:
(a) Harasses, drives, or disturbs fish, shellfish, or wildlife with the intent of disrupting lawful pursuit or taking thereof; or
(b) Harasses, intimidates, or interferes with an individual engaged in the lawful taking of fish, shellfish, or wildlife or lawful predator control with the intent of disrupting lawful pursuit or taking thereof.
(2) Obstructing the taking of fish, shellfish, or wildlife is a gross misdemeanor.
(3) It is an affirmative defense to a prosecution for obstructing the taking of fish, shellfish, or wildlife that the person charged was:
(a) Interfering with a person engaged in hunting outside the legally established hunting season; or
(b) Preventing or attempting to prevent unauthorized trespass on private property.
(4) The person raising a defense under subsection (3) of this section has the burden of proof by a preponderance of the evidence.

In my 31 years s in WA, ive never been subjected to such a slough of entitled, pretentious, self serving, narcissists in my life. Beautiful place, but the people have made it terrible

I think these kind of people didn't get beat up in school often enough. It's hard to believe that guy would act as he does, as he must be aware I know where he lives. There was a tad more to the exchange that didn't make video. He's really got a huge ego

I had one the other day. I was wading in a public park. Dude said I'm not allowed to be there, said he would call authorities. I told him it's a crime to harass legal anglers (it is in my province) and to hurry up and call the authorities. Told him to call the FBI (we dont have FBI in Canada, I watch too many movies). He asked how I got where I was. I said I flew. Authorities came 30 minutes later. Told me to enjoy my fishing, have good day, and stay safe. I fished the spot for another 2 hours. I always bark back against these idiots. I call their bluff every single time, and every single time I have been in the right. I am not always right, but when it comes to fishing I do my homework first.

Call the FBI :-) yeah I think this guy just built his shiny new dock and doesn't want anyone near it. I found the state constitution article 17 defines that the state owns navigable waters (which is where I was) and he doesn't own that spot. Additionally, we do have a law against harassment of fishermen and I told him I was aware of the law on that issue. He's trying to bluff me into going away.

Immediately south of the marina. Marina is Newport yacht club. Now that's his dock he's on. But I never touched it or got out of the water

I'll be out there again soon. Lately I have been launching at Newcastle Beach but on the weekend in warm weather it will be a zoo unless you launch at 6 am. I have not tried Enatai lately because of all the construction going on there. But I landed at the beach yesterday and it appears that foot traffic can get in at the very least. I also know another spot about 1/2 mile north which you have to carry kayaks over some rocks but 2 cars fit for parking (that is max) and good access. Let me know
