@@ThePiscatorian360 try out the Kokanee Killers by pro-troll, the lake stocked trout love them. Going out tomorrow morning again after killing them all weekend. Can’t help it when Lawrence lake is 10 mins away. They stocked some nice chunky 2-3lb rainbows, and Lawrence isn’t a derby lake this year. Means the big boys are still in there since a lot of folks like to fish for the ragged trout.

If you loose your trap, the the rot cord rots allowing crayfish to escape so the trap doesn't kill them. Not a bad thing

There is a bungie cord with cotton rot cord that holds a door on the trap closed. If you lose the pot on a snag. The cord rots allowing the door to open so the trap doesnt keep trapping and killing crayfish. My buddy normally doesnt lose that many fish and it had been awhile since we fished together so he must be rusty or its just bad luck. 🤣
