Thanks for the video. In building a new home in this community what type of water, and sewer hookup is used? Also is the electric line at the street?

Hi Joseph. Thanks for watching! You would be required to install your own well and septic system for your new home. Iredell County will come out to perk the soils again based on where you would place your home. Be sure to allow enough time to complete that process if you are considering buying a lot. Duke Energy will hook up a temporary service during construction and then will connect the house upon completion. All electric is underground in this community. No sorry. No modulars allowed here but you can in a similar community call Lake Walk on Lake Lookout just north of here. Happy to send you lot info.
