Welcome to this intense Core & Shoulder practice! This is perfect if you want to improve your core and shoulder stability and develop a solid foundation of strength.
Here is how I get the most out of my practice- maybe it works for you too. There is a total of three rounds:
1.) Complete the exercises in the video from start to finish. This is one round.
2.) Repeat: Do a total of 3 rounds. That means you will watch and follow along with the video three times. Through repetition we gain strength ;)
3.) Savasana: After completing your third round, take a moment to relax and recover with a Savasana. You can follow the guided Savasana video here.

By following these steps, you'll build strength in your core and shoulders and finish feeling calm and centered. Enjoy your practice!
No equipment is needed, just your body and a mat!
