This video showcases typical Nepalese reception, for the people out there this is Nepal where you are welcomed whole-heartedly in every household no matter which part of Nepal you go. Bless my country and its countrymen.

Generally the Tibetan hospitality isn’t the same for Indians. Having been to ABC and Annapurna Circuit I can confirm that.

I love watching these videos. The people are so friendly and welcoming. I love seeing their smiles and hearing their laughter. Harald is a good Ambassador for these people, he teaches us their ways, and their every day living. I'm so impressed they keep up with what he's doing. I would love some day to be there. I won't swim in the River though, that is much too cold for me, even the villagers think he's crazy. 😄

You are just a phenomenal story teller! My life has been enhanced by your videos. It's weird times in the US at the moment, a lot of hate, distrust, crime, homelessness, etc. and yet you keep me grounded. Watching your videos allows me to see that there are still nice, considerate and wonderful people out there. Thanks

I feel the worst thing that has taken over the U.S is materialism. Fake lashes, fake nails, plastic surgery, starbucks, victoria secret... the more u have, the more u want and then u appreciate less in life. I am from Nepal and living in the U.S and sometimes, I find it funny how people take everything for granted and make materialism as their sole purpose in life.

That is not just the US. Americans in general (and their media) happen to be very vocal about their issues. But then again, they are also a self centered lot. Like only they have problems, or hell, only they exist in the world.

Anything happens, just keep your head High Buddy. There is always a hope. We had this moments few time in my life. We took a loan from bank and they threatened to post notice in newspaper to auction our house. We were to loose everything thing in life, house, parents divorce, less food. But, at the end the things started to get normal. We got jobs. And slowly paying of debt. Still we sometimes sleep empty stomach. So don't loose hope. Everything will be fine.

All these videos while you are in the Himalayas are by far some of the best videos, they make you feel like you’re there and you can really feel how the people live and survive. I know you love to take a swim whenever you can but in these videos,, dude you really scared me on your whole journey……..anything can go wrong ! But when you trek down to the river and dipping into that FREEZING water that High Altitude in the mountains I’m like wow! You’ve by far beaten anyones Ice water challenge!!!!!!! Your awesome! Stay safe..🙂✌️
