I have no clue what the story is, but i managed to brute force my way to those sky highs by a series of platforming and strategic use of Kinich, Ororon, AND Chasca. Took me like 20-30 minutes, but worth it.

I just flying from upper Ochkanatlan on top nearby (not after world quest It's optional) and fly towards to teleport waypoint It's very easy.

How do you get the 2nd floating island, the island that is left of the island that is in this video?
