As long as the members remains neutral in private (I mean inside their work, with their work acquitances that include their parents, among people than can talk about their impression with anyone of the involved or the press and even in the internet, ther phone calls or their internet messages) and public they can go along with whoever ends winning this. In the moment they choose a side they make themselves "enemy" of the other part and here is them the ones that have most to loose and the most powerless so is them the ones that have to be smarter and not get involved so no one have any motive to try to punish them for a mess is not them. When the parents "complained", they made no favor to their daugthers because if it is about the greetings, they are making them look entitled and spoiled. If it is about the copy of concepts depending how it was worded could make themselves look ignorant of how ownwership of intelectual property works in a coorporation and in a way makes their daughters look as if they are taking an instance against Hybe making themselves look "unreliable". Now, I am not saying any of this is fair or just, only that according to human nature it is a very possible consecuence of their own actions inside the bussiness enviroment, specially because it is a patter we have seen on that enviroment.

1. This was so easy to see coming. NewJeans is HYBE's currently active group (because BTS isn't active right now) with the most global potential, it would be a business flub for them to sideline the group. I think Illit is a good group, but as it stands now, I don't see how the individual personalities or group dynamic they have currently could ever surpass what NJ already had established from the beginning.
