I got the fastest mile in my middle school ( I am a eigth grader ) I had 4 weeks ago 6:36 even though I had the fastest mile, I felt dissapointed.. later on I practiced the mile everyday for 6 days a week after school and I guess all my hard work has pid off cause after only 4 weeks I got 5:49 on my mile..., thanks for this video, this video is why I started to get pumped up

I have to wake up earlier than everyone else, and I come home later than everyone. Many nights, I'm up rather working on a research paper or project. This is such a great video and so inspirational. My friends and I are doing the Tough Mudder and this video is so incorporated into my workout, it's unbelievable.
