My ex-girlfriend left me, she told me I would never become a surgeon, that I would never get muscular because of my school. I felt like shit when she passed by with an other dude in front of me. Since then I've become the best me. I've gotten into a fitness body, having good grades and reaching my goals. Don't let a woman ruin yourself esteem,, don't let anybody take you down, We must show ourselves what we are and what we can acomplish. Be proud of you, and become the best you and make your family proud. There's nothing better than show people what you're made of , and what's your value. She came back saying that she's sorry, that she made a mistake, and now I can tell her . . FUCK OUT THE WAY . . .

This is crazy. I stumbled upon this video randomly, I used to watch it back in 2012 when I was a fat kid, being bullied in high school, no friends and low grades. This was my daily motivation for my pre-school 5AM runs nearby the sea. I dreamt about losing weight and being better one day. 12 years later, I am a natural bodybuilder, went from being a nobody to the most popular kid in school, graduated in a foreing university and live in Switzerland, having a super well paid job. It is wild how true the lyrics of this video are. Keep grinding boys - one day, we are all gonna make it.

I once had a coach at a camp that I attended tell me that I would never go anywhere with wrestling, that I wasn't good enough. With the work that I put in, I became the 3rd State Qualifier tournament finalist in my school's history and am now on my college's wrestling team. He shook my hand before the state qualifier and told me that he loved the way that I worked and that he couldn't wait to see where wrestling would take me. Hard work, works.

I've had injuries from over worked muscles, tendons, and muscles, that have held me back, I still have never seen varsity time, and have no college offers, I have one more chance to make my dreams become a reality, this speech will continue to push me everyday past the limits. From a small town in NC At 2 years old my mom left me and my twin sister on the floor while my dad was at work. She split for 18 years. My father worked and worked to give us everything we needed at age 20 she came into our lives it was too late by then the damage was done. At 45 my father was diagnosed with cancer and later died at 47. All my life I was doubted, picked on and not expected to amount to nothing. At 20 I married my high school sweet heart she was 18 few weeks later we packed up and moved to FL I started a company called paradise design landscape. Ive recently turned 29 and plan on taking this company national. Ive been married for 9 years and since day one I told her I would make it one day its not easy but in hardwork i trust and simply put I don't quit.

I just graduated from Fire Academy last year around August. I worked really hard to achieve this one goal i want in life! I failed my first attempt at EMT school, then went back and passed it. Then went to Medic school... After that fire academy was my last step to become a Firefighter/Paramedic.. Then i failed bad on my first try.. I remember crying driving home because i failed on my dream. But i always have say never quit on what you want in life and dedicate your self to that single goal you want.. Then i graduated with Honors. Every day and night i would go to training looking for exhaustion and pain.. Failure is the beginning of success and as the video indicated.. " ohh hard work you do pay off".

I got 5 shoulder dislocations, 3 lung infections, a broken knee and a serious tennis elbow problem in a span of three years. But i am not giving up, even today, I do my workout with all I have and no one can stop me from doing this. every time I land myself into some serious injury, I recover and start the journey from level zero to get to my best and no matter how many times i do fall, i will still get up and push my limits.

Rohan Sharma I had a major accident where I crushed my wrist into 6 pieces. I was a Fitness freak then and I still remember I was returning from a "Bicep day", 40 mins before this accident. People told me that my gymming days were done! I had to crave out bones from my hips and was operated in my wrist with a rod/ plates. I was dead set on returning back to working out and I visualized myself working out everyday or my recovery. 6 months of proper rest and treatment, doctors gave me a green signal and today I can lift more , push more and have a better physique than I ever had. I just wanted to share my story with you , cause when I was bed resting , my friends motivated me and bought me back to my passion. And I wished that everyone keeps that fire burning inside. "No matter which way you choose to reach your goals, you will always learn more about yourself and see where you need to improve. But always choose the method or whatever that could be that fits best for you. Because some goals might take longer than usual. So patience, consistency, and hard work is what is going to get you there. But do it smart and always be hungry to learn more and to explore more for more power and motivation. I might not have the most perfect English in the world or other things, but i'm always willing to put more hard work and more dedication to reach that dream or to get better at something. But make sure you can stick to it and don't let others push you down. Because in the beginning they will laugh, but in the end, you will laugh. You proved something that others thought that you couldn't do. And that's how we succeed".

I work 3-4 hours a day on my dream, i keep practising over and over again, i know i work harder then anyone in my year by a mile, but everyones better then me. I've been so depressed lately, almost like hardwork lied to me.

So il never achieve my goal, because it's beyond my limits? i need to be realistic? The thing is, there is no limit. I decide how high i go, i decide who il be. Il give everything i got. "Giving up" sorry mate, but thats not in my vocab. I have a fitness test in 3 weeks, il reply back when i make sure i beat everyone in the history of the club. Go ahead, laugh at me. But il make sure i laugh last.

I work hard in school and play basketball everyday. Yet still like no one believes I can make the NBA. This song just reminds to keep practicing cause Staples Center will be by kingdom where I will play basketball. Remember my name Danny Vuong. I hope to become famous, not for the money, but for the love of basketball and inspiration. I want to inspire kids never give up on your dreams. Then believe and trust in God he will help you there.

I 100% agree people seem to forget mental motivation is just as hard as physical motivation. We need to see someone struggling in math over and over again and has finally overcome. Studying for exams is no easy task it`s stressful especially when you have to work.
