I applaud Paul's free hand plasma cutter skills! That said, you can pull the solenoid pack off the Badland 12000 and remote mount it. (The box on top that says "BADLAND").

Grandma Lolly is right about not needing the clutch, EXCEPT, starting and stopping. Sort of helps alleviate wear and tear on the motor, motor mounts, and transmission when you have a clutch to at least start and stop.

I may have missed this, is there a Engine Brake on the Off Road Roll Back? I am 73 and spent 53days in Intensive Care in 2022 with Covid. Now have some Long Term issues and spend a lot of my days on my Computer. I have my favorite sites and Fab Rats is one of them. Can't wait for every new post. God Bless Your Family and All the Crew plus Friends and Family's. Keep up the great projects and I am not forgetting Your Beautiful Wife "Keep Her ON, Please!!!" Man that was nice watching something that really wasn’t much of a truck, being pieced together welded together and then watching it move under its own power like that. That was sweet and the truck looks awesome love how you weren’t afraid to tweak it along the way. Can’t wait to see it with the bed on it.

Next use 1 inch masking tape along the first line to establish your 1 inch cut line. Then use your marker along the other side of the tape or use the tape as a guide. Be aware that the tape may burn away so the marker trick might prove to be better.

If you go to the big truck store,you can get a valve to mount on the air tank that has a thin cable that you can put in a place were you can drain water from air tank without crawling under the truck.👍🇺🇸🤪

FYI you can relocate the controller box on the winch with the stuff they send in the box so you don’t have to cut the top of your bumper to make it fit 😂

Paul when you hook the key switch up , put solenoid in the starter wire , or you will burn the key switch up .

It's a 12 valve 5.9 cummins.... Outruns everything with very little maintenance. I got one with 350k and NV 4500 train, put it in my 92 F350 Crew cab tal boy, and had a instant super truck every body want it.

If you like the style of that steering wheel, there is an aftermarket wheel in the exact same design but as a 15" diameter instead of the huge factory size manual steering wheel.
