High quality footage there mate. It`s easy to see how big effort you've done to film it like moving your camera along the path during your trek. Music goes perfectly along with it as well. Looking forward to see your future adventures. ATB. Morten.

+MM Outdoor Hi Morten, thank you for your comment. On my first two trips in Norway I have had exeptionally good weather. This makes it a lot easier to take good records. I make my videos sequences just with my Compact Camera Canon Powershot G15 (now G16) and a little tripod.

Wow, Heini... genial.
@heinihefti8969
@heinihefti8969 4 жыл бұрын
Gruss Heini

Great video Heini, I did a loop around the Hardangerjokulen last summer, from Finse, around counter-clockwise and back to Finse. But the bridge over the glacier outlet at Rembesdalsvatnet is now washed away. I do not know if they will fix it for 2019.

Hi Tam, thanks for your comment. At Hardangervidda there are cabins about every 20 km. This cabins have a "little shop" where you can buy some things like soup, tea, sugar, some sweets etc. But I think that it is not wrong to have food for two days in your rucksack. Further Information you can find on the official site of Den Norske Turistforeningen www.dnt.no/ Kind regards - Heini

Until now I have been tree times in Norway. Hardangervidda, Saltfjellet og Svartisen, and last year Rondane Nationalpark. The Saltfjellet og Svartisen is northern the Polar Circle is my favorite. The light there is beautiful (when the sun is shining). You will probably not face anyone there and the paths are not easy going. This year I will visit the Børgefjell.

Hi Morten, mid june is probably to early in the saison for Hardangervidda. Depending of the winter there could be still a lot of snow and the rivers have a lot of water. Furthermore the bridges are then not yet installed. see on www.dnt.no/ Kind regards - Heini

Thanks for your kind comment. Hardangervidda was my first Trekking trip in Norway. I always had good weather. By crossing a creek I almost had lost one shoe. - Gruss Heini

Thanks for your comment! The mountain calls Hårteigen and is situated south-east from the DNT cabin Torehytten. The backpack's weight for my Hardangervidda-Trip was at the beginning about 18-19 kg. Yes, this is old snow from the last winter and it's quite normal that there is some snow even the hole year. In Hardangervidda you can not start a trip prior to mid july. The bridges will not be rebuilt until then. Due to the snowmelt, the streams then have a lot of water. Around mid-October the bridges will be removed again. Thanks for watching - Heini
