Big props to the rotational work. I've def found my back feels super loose when incorporating sandbag to shoulder than I do with just barbell deads.

Also, at over 6,000 feet elevation if I recognize that area.. So you get very intense sunlight (year round) but cold in winter...but unmatched cardio high elevation opportunity there for a workout...And not much rain so outside gym less prone to rust or getting rained out of workouts.

I trained out in the sun one summer and hated it initially. A pair of 32kg kettlebells and a barbell with a pair of 25lb plates. I got so ripped and strong very fast, I couldn't believe it. I dont know what the sun does to the body, but it would be awesome case study!

i spotted one major mess up with his house construction, the rafter he walks past @ 16:20 made from stacked beams has a all the ends on one section, is should have been staggered (the short beam should alternate what end of the rafter its located) so the join isn't in one spot in the rafter
@davidherrera43502 ай бұрын
The other side of that section is going to meet up with another section that has three of them so when they meet it'll make a total of four, from the other 10 foot section.

Well , skin cancer isnt caused by the sun or "uv". Heat Damage is real, like putting your hand on the stove. Sun screen is bad , does harm. . . The fearporn around uv exposure is meant to scare people from getting the sun they need and thus unlocking their inner power(s)
