क्या TNCP (टाउन एंड कन्ट्री प्लानिंग) द्वारा ऐसी रेसिडेंशियल कॉलोनी को मान्यता देना चाहिये जिसमें रोड़ 40 फीट से कम न हो ? क्या TNCP (टाउन एंड कन्ट्री प्लानिंग) द्वारा ऐसे कमर्शिअल काम्प्लेक्स को मान्यता देना चाहिये जिसमें रोड़ 80 फीट से कम न हो ? क्या जिन क्षेत्रों में रोड़ की चौड़ाई कम हैं वहा कंस्ट्रक्शन की परमिशन भी उसी अनुपात में कम ऊंचाई के भवन की होना चाहिये ?
