I really think you need to write a book. If you have already, forgive me for ignorance, but you’re what I’d consider the best kb trainer out there in terms of your knowledge and practical way of explaining things in just even relatively short videos. I’ve been following kb stuff for years in various media outlets and yours is hands down the best.

At the Moment , i do the 6 weeks kettlebell workout from lebe stark gregory… next week i start with your training form ! Thanks for the videos ! Great stuff

I've started this program and am loving it. Thanks coach! How do we increase the ladders of we want to stay on this routine longer than 12 weeks?

Make the exercises harder and start over with (1,2,3) ladders or (2,3,5)

If you follow the protocol in Pavel’s “Enter the Kettlebell”, which I believe he is referring to, it would be ladders going up (1-2-3), then starting from 1 rep again (ascending ladders only)

And what about the 6-7 rep ? If we have timed workout what the purpose of this number
