Extremely handy video! So it's the same tap spot for the 2022 refresh as well. which his GREAT! I thought they would switch things around. Getting a 2024 M3P very soon.

It takes several minutes after you push the "power off" button on screen until the car actually powers off. You can hear the relays click.

Why didn’t you just mount it on top of the screen and use the cig plug?

I think it's better to mount it as high as possible for detection and it seems a little more clunky on top of the screen. But yeah, much easier on top of the screen.

@@mmark300 Definitely better to mount high as it optimizes range of detection. Mounting low is more convenient but the convenience is at a cost of range and the extra range might be the difference between getting a ticket and not.
