Walnut is a beautiful wood. I have access to red oaks in this area and often cut it on my mill. Great job! Looks fantastic!

I love the round over bit! It makes everything so nice to the touch! And wood and wood colors are great. Around my windows I have made wooden frames with 1/4 round corners 😍

U.S. Army Veteran following you from NEW ZEALAND for some time. In my opinion, Your channel is one of the best institutional bus/coach schoolie conversion channels available on KZbin. QUESTION: I've reviewed the floor video as I convert my Higer 9m coach bus into a 4-family member tiny home, but I have not seen a complete framing video for framing and walls. I want to install a pocket door between the master bedroom and another between the bunk bed/bathroom area before the kitchen. I need to know what you use for wall panels (Plywood?). For floor insulation, I have had a donated product called GoldFoam XPS (a New Zealand insulation product, but because I have not done a rood raise (It would need an engineer's sign-off for any structural changes, which would be super expensive). I have to keep that insulation at 50mm. We have under-coach storage that will also be insulated (fresh water and greywater tanks will be placed under there), so I did not feel the need to over-insulate the main coach floor. Where are your videos on framing (I saw the one on ply strips)? I will be lining it with yellow cedar and trim with New Zealand hardwood. I also want to put in a queen bed that can be raised to access storage under it )The bus has a 6+ litre Cumings and an Alison Trany (the bus is Chinese built and imported but licenced by Scania., becoming one of Australia's top bus brands. Can you help a Vet out (I founded Beyond Moods Charitable Trust, supporting veterans, first responders and rural farmers who live with the symptoms of depression, anxiety and PTS disorders., all of which I have. The best will become a remote support vehicle for the charity.

Comment #2 for you Chuck. I finally did the MT-643 upgrade on my 2002 Thomas Freightliner bus. I definitely have much better acceleration and very positive shifts, and the bus will do 80 no questions asked. Also, I could not get the 643 over 120.F on either one of my two trans temp gauges. I kept the original 5/8 JIC hydraulic hoses and the pressure and temp were fine. All 545 to 643 external parts were swapped over, no problem. ALSO.. absolutely remove your Speedo sensor and swap over. The sensor is either a two-wire or three-wire. That trans-mounted Speedo sensor is $370, don't forget.

You know with your master-level knowledge of wood-working, you could totally work on that tv show, "this old house" on PBS, I use to watch that all the time. I think the guy that use to be on that show had cancer and passed away, norm something.

its these little details that take up so much time in finishing a build. I have spent way to much time putting on edge banding and formica in area's that no one but me will see. Its looks good but damn days of detail work...

Your video’s are always are full of useful tips, tricks and product recommendations. 👍 Osmo Polyx- Oil 3054 Clear Satin $164.99 2.5 Liters 💵💵💰 Now a person could save some on tools with some elbow grease. Instead of a sander and router, sandpaper and wood file

Really great videos as always Chuck. Sorry, I was late to the party, was at Freightliner tonight buying parts for my bus. Do you need any MT643 trans fittings? I have an extra new set if you want them.

Great information about cutting trim pieces! Nice looking grain in that wood as well. Oh, and on a lighter note, 1988 called and they want their safety glasses back! 😅😅
