Awesome review man, I love seeing the growth on everything! I’m looking forward to this fall season especially as my mid-Atlantic grown Yuzu is giving me some fruit this year. Keep up the fantastic work, can’t wait to see what comes next.

Thanks man! You're going to love them, we made Yuzu sorbet with our fresh fruit and it was delicious. Can't wait until we get some good fruit set on all these little citrus trees!

Guilty Citri-holic in Greensboro Raleigh area, loving the way you have your rows laid out would you ever be interested in making a video explaining your setup? I'm a beginner with 20 trees and would love to sap some information from someone else in the area!

@@Jerrywoodruff2 I could certainly cover it more! Our setup is very specific to our situation, so it likely isn't the best for everyone, but it should serve us well for the next few years hopefully.

Sad I missed out on that Tai Tri bid, would love to grow one in 7b/8a

@@ross2398 No worries, I will definitely be growing more! The plan is to have a dozen or so grafted plants this Spring.

@ awesome! Trifeola sounds promising too!
@themulberriesАй бұрын
@@ross2398 Definitely, I hear it's pretty hardy! We'll test the extent of that, but with its genes I would imagine it being comparable to a Citrange or Citrumelo.

Nice video and all is looking really good! Have you had any problem w scale on the citrus at all?
@themulberries2 ай бұрын
@@yochanontheseeker1942 So far no issues at all! Not sure if it's the age of the trees or the climate but I hear other people struggle with scale a lot more.

@@themulberries Ya, I have and haven’t really found a reliable solution yet.

What zone are you in? I’m looking for a fig that will overwinter and ripen well in zone 6b
@themulberries2 ай бұрын
We are in zone 7b/8a but we also have figs on a different property in 7a/7b. Chicago Hardy is a tried and true fig for colder zones and it should fruit very well for you even if it dies back in the Winter. Improved Celeste, Verdolino and Ronde de Bordeaux may be other good choices for fruiting after die-back.

@@themulberries fantastic. Will you be selling cuttings online?

@@BackyardBerry Yes! We will have small, dormant trees for sale in a few weeks most likely and lots of cuttings too.

@@BackyardBerry I don't actually, I should probably make one though 🤔 I wasn't sure if people were interested in that kind of thing. I'll definitely post on here when we have cuttings available!
