I think the the most pertaining topic at this point after the roadmap to getting into remote companies, would be to make sure you are consistent with the tailored innovation or a specific solution you offered to the company that sought to get you the job. Slightest of realisation to the recruiter that you're not worth your salary, or maybe they misjudged your brilliance and you're out without a severance.

There is also CRDTs which help solving the conflict resolution in collaboration editor and there are lots of libraries available. One in js in yjs. It's decentralised and doesn't require a server and works offline too.
