I have a guitar on my bench now where the owner wants drop C# tuning and got a new Tusq nut. He brought me new #12 gauge strings. I guess I will will be using my Hosco files again huh?

I have the Hosco nuts file set. Not cheap, but they work well....the few times I have needed them.

Man the StewMac files were super expensive! Hosco files I’ve read are much better and are tapered.

@@stringmanguitars4329 They are tapered so you don't hit the peghead.
