Just bought a 23 version in red. Liked the black engine and wheels less to keep clean, fuel tank not an issue in Uk as there are petrol stations everywhere. Liked the minimalist look of the instrument panel almost not there. Mid controls make it more flexible. Price means you can quickly customise the bike the way you want. Already got Vance Hines eliminators and stage one done 👍🏻

Oh awesome mate, the red looks cracker !!! Yeah that's true lol only annoying if you're trying to get somewhere in a hurry and don't want to stop as much. I'm just being picky lol Definitely agree, price is great to start adding mods ! Sound like you've got it sorted. Thanks for watching 🧡 🖤 🤙

I’m 6’5” and have about 9000 miles on my ‘22 Street Bob. Took quite a few mods to get comfortable. 16” bar and risers, HD tall boy seat, Heritage floorboards, 2” fork lift and 13” rear shock. Fits me great now and can put down lots of miles. Bike is a blast to ride. Can throw it down in the turns and the power to weight ratio is so much fun.

I own a 23 model. The fuel tank capacity is not an issue. I'm getting 310km to dry or 4.2 litres per hundred. I'm in North Qld so mostly highway riding.
@Gnarly_Harley4 ай бұрын
That's not too bad then, I do have to compare to other Harley's though which can fetch up to 450km to the tank, It's also personal preference on if you like stopping more frequently or not, didnt mean to bash it just my honest thoughts. it isn't a big deal maybe if it was a tourer it would be haha. GNARLY FRIDAY!!!! Good review. I like that bike. I've been on 2 of them, my friend's. First thing both did was forward controls. I didn't like the look of the bars, on showroom floor, but, after riding, I was sold. They are a great fit. To me, it is a fast, fun bike. Definitely a weekend, round town, half day cruiser. Thing can rip it down the road! And has a great sound. I'm taking my wife this weekend to look at one. She will be taking the riders course, and I think this would be a good fit. Take care of yourself and keep it safe!! Cheers

I rode one with a Feuling Reaper cam and it was a cranky beast haha was terrible for slow bumper to bumper traffic but geez did it get up and boogie when merging onto highways! The seats on these are terrible and are the first thing to go and anyone over 6ft will NEED forwards! Last time I went to a showroom and checked for the bike the salesman there asked me if I do two up . I answered yes. He then thought then you need a bigger motor. I disagree I must say. Street Bob and Nightster has similar luggage capacity and two up space. The ergo of nighster is much better and similar tank capacity. Cooler engine- liquid cooled. All the maps and drive modes on the dash. Tone of customisation possible( street bob has an edge over Nightster on customisation). It lightweight and very easy to handle and has all the power you ever need. I bet that bike is a tone of fun and performance. It also has good suspension travel. It is the new Dyna( just better in every which way)

Yeah they do look abit dicky but I got used to it. They were really comfortable that's for sure. Haha it is a funny looking bike I'm still on the fence about it bro 🤣 thanks for watching 🧡 🖤 🤙

Looking to buy a 2024 low rider s 117. That should be your next test ride

@Gnarly_Harley ya gonna get another bike. Only gonna rise my RR once and awhile. Can't give up all that horsepower it's to addictive to be honest with you. My buddy has a 2021 hertiage and took mine for a ride. Lasted maybe 20 minutes. Pulled over and said...how the fuck do you handle that thing. The front tire never stays down. Id loose my licence on that. Pretty funny but I enjoyed his harley. Love watching your videos. Keep up the good work and mostly stay up right.

@metrock_409 would love another bike mate, just can't afford one. Hopefully one day I keep working and hard and who knows. Would like to have all 3 types haha.

@Gnarly_Harley highly recommend you take a bmw s1000rr for a ride. The harder you push it the more it likes it. If I could afford a another bike with deep pockets. 2024 harley road glide st 121.

Not my favourite H-D model ... Wheels are fugly, fuel tank capacity isn't great, instrument panel too small.
@Gnarly_Harley5 ай бұрын
Definitely not my favourite either mate, I was probably abit easy on it abit too small for my liking, but she definitely rips ! Cheers for the feedback and thanks for watching 🧡 🖤 🤙

I agree, best feature is the colour, looks like a sportster on steroids!

Not a fan of the look, kinda looks like a street 500 😮 imo. Always a great review big nuts but definitely not a bike id own. Id love to see a comparison between a CVO street glide or road glide V non CVO

Hahaha not I can't un see it. Does look pretty small hey. Cheers I appreciate that ! Oh that would be awesome, gotta try and get a hold of a cvo haha. Thanks for watching 🧡 🖤 🤙

Only 297 kg`s bloody hell that`s heavy. My Buell with harley 1200 engine weighs under 200 kg .Also lean angle is rubbish, I would have footrests on the tarmac all the time.I like the torque and the style,but no,it`s no good for my style of ridin.
@Gnarly_Harley4 ай бұрын
Yeah it is heavy but on the lighter side for Harley's which is all I'm comparing them to at the moment, sorry for the confusion. Yeah the lean angle isn't good at all if I compared them to bikes outside of cruiser's, I agree. That's fair enough mate, I used to ride adventure and sporties it's completely different but I've found the beauty in these cruiser's haha. Thanks for watching 🧡🖤🤙

Third most Japanese looking Harvey Danielson after the newer Sportsters & V-Rods If you want your missus to ride with you, buy an Electra-Glide or her own bike. Could barely hear you when you started riding it Happy trails, Cowpoke

This is true, that's why I'm so on the fence about the look. Still kind of funny looking 😅 it was comfy and it rips but just doesn't look tuff. Haha bloody oath mate, thanks for watching 🧡 🖤 🤙

Signals are not pretty at all. It looks like part of mirrors on handlebars.

Yeah unfortunately they have been usually the same ones on everything... still don't understand why they can't go a nice led signal... thanks for watching
