Harley-Davidson Low Rider S Test Ride! (2017 FXDLS)

On a recent 'Weekend Ride,' we stopped by Orlando Harley on our way to Ace Cafe. They were kinda slow, so as soon as we walked in, they were asking if we wanted to go on some test rides! I was like 'eh,' but Erick was like "Yeah, let's do it!" So we did...

We test rode some new 2017's; 48 Sportster, Dyna Low Rider S, and a Softail Slim S. All awesome bikes! But the one that I was most impressed with... the Dyna Low Rider S.
From the black and bronze style, to the power the 110ci engine was putting out, this bike had me smitten. So much so that I've even thought about selling or trading in the Iron!? Crazy.
Naturally, I had to go back to test ride it...

Welcome to the Dyna family, trust me there's no turning back. I'm so happy for you. Same thing happened to me I own an 2016 iron and I love it, but once I test rode the low rider s I just had to get a Dyna so I ended up getting a 2017 street bob because I kept my sporty. Lucky Daves, Saddleman step up seat and bassani road rage. You will love it. Once again it's all about that Dyna life😬 congrats brother!

If you're considering a sportster build, I suggest going back to a fuel injected 883 and giving it a hammer 1275 conversion kit to bring it in the 100hp range, also it would be extremely exciting to see a how to video if you feel able to do the kit by yourself, the kit is 700 to 800$$, ride safe brother love your vids

Nice bike. I had the Fat Boy S, same engine. 2016 model year. Fast, and really nice, 6000 miles later,one speed shift and the cam chain tensioner let go, a cam lobe was wiped out,lifter trashed ...got a 2017 Electra glide,and a 2018 Street glide now, both with the M-8 107ci.engine. I love them both. HD rider since 1978, rode many other manufacturers bikes also. Keep yer knees in the breeze brother.!

I put some 12" mini apes and a larger quarter fairing on mine. I am also using the normal low rider seat. It totally changed the dynamics of the bike.
