Folks should get proper manual for bike too. Good to see dudes doing their own work. I always stop and help other riders on side of road and it stuns me when I see how many HD owners know very little about their own bikes. They’ll have half the chrome parts of the caralog on their bike but no tools and no ability to trouble shoot their own bike. Not sure when it became popular to have dealership do all the work but it is disappointing to see the trend- one of the things I used to enjoy about being around other HD owners is they understood their own bike and how to wrench on it.

Shouldn't be any more complicated than a master level game of chess right? I just bought a 2012 Ultra Limited and look forward to many trouble free miles of pleasure riding. I will; however, keep your videos close at hand. I like the way you folks explain and video each step in your maintenance procedures. I am sure it will come in handy as Father Time starts getting his greasy hands all over my ride and causing problems. Thank you!

Seems simple. However, I have heated seats on my '06 Screamin' Eagle Ultra. I'm sure mine is a bit more difficult than just removing a screw. Looking to do a few things all in one swoop once I remove the seat, and I don't want any surprises.

Hi hould like to ask for your help...i have remove all batwing for paint job when i was install it and connect all plugs i noteste once i turn on the turn signals my Rep counter start to move almost like the turn signal and some times it does like a new bike kind a reset check ...my bike is a 1998 eletra glide 1340cc us market .. have got any ideia what went wrong!!!!

Can you do a video on removing the tour pack completely? I have an 09 Ultra Classic and am more of a solo rider, tour pak and extra seat are kinda useless for me :) Thanks!

Remove the negative? shouldn't you remove the positive?

Negative is first off and last on. For service you want to disconnect battery for safety.

Always remove the negative first. And attach it last. If the negative is attached, the frame is live, and hitting it with your wrench will cause an arc when touching the positive terminal. This can cause an explosion. I learned that the hard way in 1978, on my ‘66 Mustang.
