did the same mod on my wideglide. only I cut the bottom of the fender and rolled it into the frame . my passenger seat mount is now my solo seat mount and no expensive paint repair. plus factory finished edge

I bought a k model several years ago that some one had cut the back finder off and every time it would rain it would sling water right up my back... you can have my part of cut offs.

Hi Kev, overall I believe when you start customising if you look to sell the person buying needs to have the same taste as you, so that narrows your market so it's risky. Interms of value all money you put in post stock I believe you will lose 80% of it. The market is full of sports that are super competitive in terms of cost. I will keep this sporty now as i plan to mod the hell out of it. The strut covers are called cult works I believe, I made a spelling mistake in the vlog - LOL. Take care Kev

Rk honestly mate it's fine - you just need to plan certain journeys.... when I first had the 48 I was slightly anxious because of the fuel situation but now I don't even think about it.
