Just watched Part 2 and learned how to do the replacement. Thanks for posting.

Thanks Gary. The seals were leaking since last year on this bike so I have not been riding it much. I kind of dreaded replacing the seals because of the complete tear down of the front end but now that it is done I am back on the road!

Loved the video! Super helpful. Only part that I was confused on was to keep the previous medal ring and put that on the bottom of fork. One stays on and one comes off, but you need them both on! Thank you so much!

I'm having trouble getting the bushing down far enough. I've even tried tape to squeeze the bushing together. Any tips?

Do you happen to have a extended swingarm for a 2003 you want to sell?
@motorcycleridingandrepair16275 жыл бұрын
Sorry but I do not. Sportster extended swing arms are hard to come by and even if you do find one it may be the wrong length or not configured correctly. I do have a Sportster drag bike that I might sell that has a 10" over swing arm on it. I would sell for $6000. There are videos of it on this site. Thank you.
