I bought an 883 just for building. Currently have done a suspension lift, seat, bars, air cleaner and pipes. Not getting too radical but the 1275 kit is on the list.

KRUESI Originals, in Phoenix, switch to chain drive. Oil cooler fan also. He builds stunt bikes. Harley needs more aluminum and carbon fiber replacement parts. Glad to see new Sportster with engine used as stressed member of frame to decrease weight as well as stiffen frame for handling.

I had a dyno tuner swear by the round air cleaner kits & recommend the gasbox custom AC with TC Bros breather bolts. He said the cone filter air cleaners can't suck enough air & cause turbulence where the round ACs don't & are capable of providing more HP & TQ. I did what the old guy said & my bike did better on the dyno by 5Hp.

I ran 2000 buell fly wheels. the case was bored out with a flex plate on the trans.30 degree domed piston, S&S super stock heads, 2"1 intake valves. It should torque wheel at like 2,000 rpm just cracking the throttle. Sounds like a lot of fun.

Just throw an easy pull lever on it. Running the extra plate kit and heavier spring plate on my 06… was super heavy until I got the lever now it’s light light

I ran the same type air breather and honed it out to match the gasket hole. It made the same power with and with out the air breather.

Bike is sick! Pretty amazing how much work is necessary to make 110-120hp on an EVO. New Rev Max and Indians 1133cc make close to this with a stage 1... the future is bright

Doing all that with the engine and still have a belt that robs some 15% off your power compared to a chain drive at some 4-6% sounds kinda weird to me! Plus chain looks way way better:D

On there website, for my sportster, which is carbureted, it is at least 5,500 that's minus labor and some other stuff

my hammer kit 120hp+ hpi 51mm ported trothle body+Two brothers comp s exhaust+dinojet powervision, only scored at 7600rpm, 117hp. I also asked Dan why it didn't reach 120hp, he replied that the cast wheels are too heavy and that the spoke wheels gained +5hp. however I will put the crankshaft of the Buell xb12s+ 28front pulley to see the difference in the dyno. I would like to see a video of you with the spoke wheels and chain drive to clear up my doubts. but I guarantee that in addition to what you have installed, if you just put the throtlebody 51mm hpi you will only get +- hp. good luck

110 horsepower at 7000 horsepower. That’s a lot of high revs for typically slow revving Harley’s. Riding around town at 7000 rpm on a bike not designed for 7000. When you buy a new oem bike, engine designed from ground up. Mod engines are a different. Like Some Honda cars are overbuilt and can tolerate extensive mods from previous non-performance engine. We will see how durable these mods end up. Like I said before the air cooled 911 Porsche had to switch to liquid cooling. There is a reason the new corvette 2023 Z06 had to go with DOHC(ditched pushrods) and flat plane crank to turn 9000 rpm, Ferrari high rpm.
