We don't need these pieces of shit that are not only made in other countries , but the jerk running the company is a foreigner, ( no wonder they look and sound foreign, hell, they ARE foreign!) these things don't even resemble American made Harleys anymore ! At 20k out the door it should be Ducati class performance. What they gave us is an over priced Triumph scrambler. Ironically, that's what they were in the 70's as well. Really annoyed that there are so few accessories out the gate. It shares components with the 1250 but its a pretty weak selection. I'm still waiting to be impressed.

I just wish they went with a different name. The Evo nightster was a rad bike and this devalues that. But is a complete departure from the attempted patented sound of that traditional Harley potatoe potatoe rumble. Kind of sounds like HD is on the back foot trying to compete with Polaris's plastic Scout. No offense, they sound the same, just different branding. *EDIT - after much thought. I remember when the V-ROD came onto the scene. I didn't like it either. But now I love the bike and it's sound.... so maybe, these new "sportsters" will grow on me. Time will tell.
