Except that HQ's only history is as a psychologist. She doesn't have any form of fighting experience except for when she's with the Joker of which even then, would take years of development to become that good at fighting. This scene was great, but speaking as logically as possible about a comic book character, HQ should have little to no professional fighting skills whatsoever.

Then she had a dad wt ties/ debts to the mafia (he was the reason she had to drop out of gymnastics) so she had some basic knowledge of usage of guns because he taught her. Not as good as shes portrayed in this tho, but at this video point in the movie series she's already also worked wt suicide squad. So ig add Expirience = Training.

Margot Robbie sure has good acrobatic skills, no doubt, but she isn't on Mr. Andreson's level of dodging bullets nor armoured like Bats to tank bullets, so why were those soldiers missing so much?

Well, it doesn't look like any of the soldiers really started to shoot at her until she already had the two assault rifles - at that point, they were panicked and running, which makes it extremely difficult to aim properly. She definitely had surprise on her side and I'm going to guess that they weren't as well trained as they could be. Plus, they are more used to aiming at people directly across from them, not someone flipping through the air.
