When you're reinstalling the fairing make sure the fairing lines up at the sides down toward the wind deflectors and the fairing tabs are in place.

Thanks for the video, just installed the 500 watt amp and stage II speakers on my 24 RG on 06/01, I keep hearing people talk about updating the amp, so since this is truly a plug and play system, do I need to perform a software update to the amp, and if so, how?

I recently purchased this Amplifier and boy-o-boy. I feel so ripped off, I can't even express my disappointment. The sound quality didn't improve on my 2024 Roadglide with the added Hertz 6.5 fairing speaker. This Primary Amplifier cant be anywhere near the claimed 500 Watts.

I added this amp and stage 2 speakers on the fairing and stage 3 on the lids. Made a huge difference . The problem is now the IFCU doesn’t recognize the amp so I get no sound. WTH super frustrated

@@Leahhh_gsxr Good afternoon sir. I apologize.I thought,I had updated this post. Nevertheless per our prior conversation the dealer did the update and so far no further problems related to the Rockford 500 watts being recognized. It was covered under the warranty but again I was strongly advised by the service writer at the time of drop-off that Harley Davidson motor company might not cover the update because I installed the advertised plug and play amp myself. I still feel that the Amplifier isn't worth the money for the claimed output.

@@w181624 I installed mine this afternoon. Stage 2 amp and stage 2 speakers. They worked after I installed them in the garage. They worked when I showed my wife. They didn't work when I pushed the bike out of the garage and went to the store. After I got home I took the fairing BACK off, reseated the amp connector, tested and it was working. Been working so far. Hopefully stays working.
