I said I would follow up, and here we go! I started listening to this about 1-2 days before I ovulated. Just stumbled across it, and since I know how much binaural and isochronic beats help me with various things (relaxation, concentration, etc), I figured this would be great to add to my arsenal. I got a positive pregnancy test today, at 9DPO. Not a light, squinty positive, but a very strong positive. I will continue to listen over the first trimester!!

It reduced my anxiety greatly, and I allowed myself to relax and imagine the healing and growth that was happening each time I listened. Well just following up. As I mentioned in an earlier comment, I started listening to this about 3 weeks before my embryo transfer. I found it to be great music to meditate to or sleep with. I am now pregnant! Doc says all my hormone levels look great. Not saying this is the reason I'm pregnant, just that it played a huge part in me staying relaxed and calm throughout the process, which I feel helped get me pregnant. I relaxed to it before, during, and after the ivf transfer. Plan on continuing with it throughout my pregnancy. Thank you for the work that you put into this and for putting it here for me to use for free all these weeks. I plan on just buying it from your download store so I can store it on my other devices.

I began listening to this at the beginning of this week. We have been trying to conceive for a year. I was severely underweight for about 2 years due to post-infectious IBS, and also developed Raynauds. I am now just at a healthy BMI, but we have had no luck conceiving, although we already have had successful pregnancies in the past. Although I did not concieve this month, your music definitely helped my cycle this month. I had a normal 30 day cycle without using any fertility herbs to promote ovulation. Thanks so much! I am so sorry for your loss. May god give you the strength you need. Have you read up on Prolapsed Uterus. You should check on it just to make sure that it is not the cause of your miscarriages. I have never gotten pregnant have been trying for 9.5 years have recently started checking on prolapsed uterus. Fingers cross for us both. *hugs* i know the struggle. Anna Karaatay Yes, you can listen to this once a day at any time as long as you are in a relaxing environment. We don't recommend to listen to binaural beats if you are driving or lifting heavy equipment as these frequencies can make a person very relaxed.

At the time I was not ready to use it. But a girlfriend at work used it because her and her husband had been trying for two years. It worked for her the caster oil and massage. I left that company and did not get my stuff back. I think I will try that and really start listening to this video.
