While listening to this I had on my castor oil pack, one candle and no lights and probably 20 mins into the music, I felt a "pinch" in my left ovary...I stayed the course of the "pinching" sensation and then it finally let up. I am pretty sceptical when it comes to this, I have a very logical and analytical mind so I'm not a believer. However I'm amazed, as I am undergoing IVF treatment and have been experiencing painful cramping, as soon as I started this video my pain went away. 😮 My husband and I have been married since 2021 and since have had a chemical pregnancy (miscarriage) in December 2022. I've never actually successfully conceived a child. Ever. My husband and I have been trying for over 7 years now. I have PCOS, and also took birth control for over 10 years to "regulate and weaken my flow, and help with acne" Thinking back, 14 was likely way too young to be taking harsh chemicals and now, at almost 31, I've pretty much given up hope. My ovaries are really healthy I get bad periods it’s all been looked into I’m estrogen dominant but for some reason carry a lot of muscle am a mesomorphic type but estrogen dominant it is likely why the cramps are painful my muscle contractions are very strong had all the hormone tests and exploratory surgery going and no pcos no endrometriosis eastrogen dominantnt but a mesomorphic body type and it’s likely the high amount muscle that causes the blood loss and painful cramps also have realized yoga is paying off healing the sexual trauma

Depends on the type of cyst. Some ovarian cysts can shrink on their own. Dermoid cysts will not and need to be removed. Unfortunately I had these twice.
