Reduce your sugar intake, especially procesed sugars, such as bread and sweets (you don't want to eliminate sugars and carbohydrates entirely). Eat lots of veggies and moderate amount of fruit (max 3 a day). Take organic apple cider vinegar with the Mother (the Mother is the natural residue that makes vinegar cloudy, unlike most commercially available vinegars) before a carb-rich meal. Apple cider vinegar regulates your insulin level (very helpful in PCOS). This in turn regulates your hormones and helps conceive. I’m in my two week wait…been listening from before my transfer..It’s been keeping me so calm I love this..I’m trusting in God through his Son Jesus that I will get a positive pregnancy test. I’m keeping the faith and believing for my miracles twins. Update 8/3: I am not pregnant…I really thought that it would work but it didn’t…that doesn’t mean it won’t work for others it’s just that God didn’t want this for me now..I’m done but I hope that all that listens to this receives the desires of their heart to conceive and have a healthy baby🙏🏾

@@DreDreInVegas I had an ectopic in October 2020. I also lost a tube. The nurse told me God gave us two for a reason. I conceived in February and March (miscarriages). So we can conceive. Keep trying honey. Also I've been drinking Jamaican dog blood Bush (fertility bush) tea to make sure my other tube stays open and healthy (free of blockage)
