I can't count how many times I've checked the Harp web site over the years. I never thought this moment would arrive. I knew it would be beautiful, but this is beyond even what I imagined. It's Midlake filtered through the reverb-washed haze of early Cure, Slowdive, Cocteau Twins. It's brilliant.

On the night of Friday, September 8th 2023, I was driving through New York City, stuck in traffic for (believe it or not) 5 and a half hours. For part of this car ride, I listened to my Trials of Van Occupanther CD 5 times in a row, because it's one of my favorite musical works in the world. Now less than a week later I finally get a glimpse at the long awaited album to come. Beyond ecstatic. Thank you Tim. Your music has kept me company in some dark times. Your work is appreciated.
