I would imagine just a layer of tyvek goes a long way to tightening up some older homes. This job really came out looking nice. Like a brand new home.

If any mobile home had a concrete foundation under it, it would last longer. A slab better than dirt. If you have dirt, a bed of pea gravel over plastic & drain tile would work too. Constant maintenance a must. Nothing lasts unless their is maintenance.

It looks really GOOD! Great landscaping to start with on the yard! Great background music to get the watchers pumped! But I wish they some how could’ve written in on each photo posted or maybe narrated the cost of each job done! Well done though looks amazing 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

That looks great! Looks like a new trailer! They make them just like that in The trailer park I live in. I bet that cost alot to do but if you chose to sell it the value will be up so much more.

Is it possible to add concrete foundation after you take off the skirt? I am soon buying a trailer that needs fixing up something quick. About how much does it cost to fix up just the exterior. I am here in VA so price shouldnt vary too much. Thanks
