He told a bunch of Catholic women at a Catholic school that they should not be there at the Catholic school because they belong in the house making babies. He told women who just graduated that they wasted their time and money because their only calling is being in the home serving their husband. Women have more roles than just making babies and being servants in Catholicism (although, yes, it is definitely encouraged in the religion, homemaking isn't the only role for women in the religion, and women getting degrees or having jobs is not against the religion). It is not Catholic belief that women who aren't stay at home mothers are inherently worthless or living lives that aren't worth living. There are in fact Catholics that are mad at him for what he has said.
