I like these with younger people on, I don't know anyone in real life my age who has this, so it's nice to have a relatable age group.

I really appreciate Harrison sharing his story. My initial onset of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome was when I was 34. It was so unknown and misunderstood at that time. Two of the men in our CFS group committed suicide. One was only 17. If I hadn’t been a Christian, I think I would have committed suicide, too. I was bedridden for a year. You feel like an anchor pulling your family down. That was 36 years ago. I have relapsed recently at age 70. I needed to hear that sometimes we have to step back and take care of ourselves. I have completed 20 more years of working and retired. I wrote 3 books and am working on a 4th. It’s hard having to shift to that slower gear again. God bless you all for helping us! Sincerely, Michele

Wonderful job Harrison n Toby! So what an ordeal to deal with CFS at a very young age. Harrison is so articulate in telling his story. What wisdom he gained. I was 53 when CFS occurred in my life n what a blow to life n my identity. A medical professional, lost my identity n 6 months later I am so "tired all the time" as i leave a medical facility that i should not have been placed in the 1st place. Now , at the age of 70 in my mind n outwardly, mentally n physically, " I am tired all the time".

Thanks Harrison for sharing. It is inspiring to hear about recovery. I hope I can do it too after 30 plus years of CFS.
