Got a set of these last night via mail. Very easy for a beginning darter to throw. Really like these and the Harrows 23g Ice darts. (thank goodness for the ability to get darts from the UK by mail, or these would've cost twice as much in the US).

Yeah it is a really nice dart, I just dont get the high prices in the U.S. for darts but then again some things here probably cost twice as much as they do there :)

Hi Darren! Because of your review I bought set of Elites and these are great! I've had three sets of Red Dragons, Unicorn Anderson Phase3's, Target Distinction Capricorns and Harrows Rapides and these are the best darts I've ever thrown! And I'm rear gripper! I replased original points on Target firepoints to get some extra grip to my middle finger and now the Elites are even better. I can recommend these arrows to everybody. Great value for your money! They look nice, i really like the look of it. I just bought the Harrows Rapide 23g a few weeks ago. It was kind of an impulse purchase... I'm used to the Adrian Lewis gen 1 23g darts, and I think the Harrows Elite darts would be more my cup of tea. Great review as usua, and thanks for the regular videos! Cheers

Would you have any recommendations for a soft tip dart, less than or equal to 20g for an electronic dartboard?

I have only tried a few sets of soft tips but a lot of the steel tip ones are often made in soft tip too so I guess it depends on your grip, I have tried a lot of the Bulls Fighter darts which are awesome but expensive. So I would check out some of my steel tip reviews and then see if there is a soft tip version you like.

I use Aura A3 too, feel like I need to change my darts as my game has stalled. Love the front loaded aspect but feeling I need something more center heavy.

Sometimes a change can help but its easy to fall into the trap of thinking thats the solution all the time when it could be some other issue, still if you have been using the Aura for a long time its worth a try to see if you get on better with something else, you never know your throw may have changed slightly?

Is this a good dart for beginners? To me it seems to be good because they are not too long and not completely thick. And they're shape seems to be really good. I Play Darts since a month but only with cheap 10€ darts. Can you give me an advice?

it really depends on how you hold the dart, if your a middle to rear gripper they could be worth a try :)

Would you not say these darts resemble the Atomic front loaded model. As you have used both what are the main differences between them. Which do you prefer. I guess as you are a front gripper it might be the elite due to the more consistent grip at the front. Enjoying your reviews very much.

Jonas Bleiner I'm using the red dragon razor edge spectrum and I find them quite grippy and they suite any type of grip, they are also razor grip

I watched this last week and decided to buy the harrows elite, i am verry happy with this darts , i am a front gripper and its been a long journey to find darts that are good with my front grip and style of throw. Yesterday i get the Red Dragon James Wilson darts and it suits me verry well didnt expect that, did you do a review of the red dragon james wilson darts? I am thinking of buying the 18g soft tip and a set of convertible steel points to go with them. Has anyone done this and know the weight a steel point would add to the overall? I was hoping Elite would come in 20g soft tip so I can do this but I don't think they do. I play steel league (24g Elites is what I currently throw) but there are soft tip tournaments as well and I want to stay consistent so I was thinking of dropping down with convertible tips. Any advice?

I did a review on the Target Pro conversion points, cant remember what weight they are but it wont add much to the overall weight, think its likely no more than 1g if that. But with soft tip its the weight of the complete setup so if the limit is 18g you would need to make sure its ok for that. The alternative is to buy the steel tips and send them to someone who makes custom darts and ask them to convert it to a soft tip.

I have a set of these also in 23g but with shorter 41mm shafts. (they come with longer shafts) I am a center gripper and these fly amazing for me. Very accurate. Not overly grippy. They are front weighted and the little swell in the barrel near the tip gives my fingers a consistent place to grip it. I get much higher scores with these than with my set of Harrows Predators and Rapides. They only cost me $45 US dollars and I couldn't be happier.

Great looking dart! Only when you throw the dart with different flights in slomotion, the fibration sound is a bit annoying, maybe a point to work on but as a said, a good dart and a good review!

Darts Review Channel middle grip and around 20g

Well the Elite are worth a look but are slightly front weighted if you want something more centrally balanced then I would check out the Harrows Sonic but I think lightest they do is 21g also I have just tried the new Unicorn Klaassen which work well from the middle but its a slightly strange style of dart. If you dont mind a scallop the Target Cortex CX2 were good also but think the lightest is 22g. You should also check out some of the soft tip darts in 20g or 19g as you can always use conversion points to use for steel tip.

Thank! I'm very sorry to hear about your dartitis I dont know what the answer is on how to beat it, so I would not want to attempt such a video as I would not want to give false hope to people. I suffer with bouts of it too but its never really gone I think its there all the time. People have all kinds of ideas about it but I dont think anyone has specifically developed a solution that suits everyone, I think the cure is probably different for each but I am just speculating here. Good luck! :)

its what you like that counts, price is not something that dictates how good they will be for you, you could have the most expensive darts ever made and the worse set of beat up old second hand darts and the old set may work better for you than the expensive set which is why I never like to say a dart is the best because for someone else it could be the worse darts ever. I may do a video on some recommendations some time but ultimately it will always come down to what works for the individual.
