I think H&M were looking for footage for the Netflix series and were actually looking for, and diverting, the photographers initially (by driving around) in order to get footage. Unfortunately they needed visibility which is why they switched to the yellow cab. First, it´s NOT king Charles that are in charge of the Roayal Lodge, it´s the crown estate. 2nd, Andrew got a lease on the Lodge for atleast 70 years, BUT the Crown estate CAN take the Lodge back and offer him another house on the grounds, IF he can´t keep up with the maintenence, that aprox/year is about £ 1M. The report is that a citizen arrest was made on the 29 year old by security "near" H&M's property. He was subsequently detained by the same security at the gate-house until the police arrived. It's a gated community and I very much doubt the story has any merit. One media outlet stated he was loitering and was cautioned by the police. If the story is so vague, it leads to speculations which is exactly how H&M operate. It's the same with the car chase i.e. dishing out vague information in the hope that audience would become outraged and extend their sympathy.

Guys, listen up: Montecito is NOT a gated community. H and M live on a public street. This guy was cited for loitering, he is known to the police. He was not inside their gates.
