another great character and artist has left us, RIP Mister Harry - it hurts to see such awesome personalities go, but Harry Belafonte will live on through all the wonderful music, films, activities and support he has given to so many people :) - greetings to his daughter Shari and her siblings David, Adrienne and Gina, my dad has left almost 3 years ago, I know what this feels like .. I think of him every single day - let's focus on the positive memories :)

since last night i've been elsewhere trashing anybody who says a bad word about this guy. i don't know how productive it is really but i'm up for the task. the suspicion people had for the acclaim shown to obama right off the bat is apparently something felt about him. i am not one of those people and thanks especially to charles last night with the joke someone made to dorothy dandridge about her co-star: he's prettier than you...

For God so loved the world that he gave his only son (Jesus) that whosoever believe in him (Jesus) will not perish (in hell) but have everlasting life (in the new heavens and earth) God offers the free gift of salvation to anyone who will simply " believe" in the death, burial and resurrection of his son (Jesus) and you will be saved from the eternal wrath of God in hell, and once you are saved you are saved FOREVER because you have now been sealed with the holy spirit of promise and nothing can ever break that seal, God is eternal and he only gives eternal salvation, my prayers to the Belafonte family

besides being a great singer , activist , and dramatic actor he was incredibly funny , check movies like uptown saturday night and buck and the preacher i guarantee you will laugh your head off ; rest in peace and power peaceful warrior .
