Yeah, I absolutely agree. And it also getting repetitive with all the stationary items, like as an adult I don't need that much erasers, rulers, pens, stickers etc. I wish there were more unic collectable ones with rare designs.

Awwww it’s over already for the advent calendar. You did a fantastic job very cute ornament. Cute bag cute broomstick pin. Cute keychain and it won’t break and the bouncing ball. Like the stamp and the charm. Nice ruler and the eraser cool poster notes very cute Christmas socks. Love the bookmark and the gold stickers. Dobby is free pen very nice bag ❤

I remember that last year I commented on how the advent calendars always recycle the same basic, generic artwork and someone said that advent calendars are basically ways for companies to reuse their unsold items 😂 I'm so glad that there are new artworks, new motifs we haven't seen before! E.g. : the Hogwarts crest on that small bag.

@@forestgrump4723 okay it's probably a little more. I was averaging it about £30 each for the standards and 45-50 for the deluxe which comes in £135-140 GBP about £15-20. In fact the standards are probably more like £33 so you're probably looking nearer £150, but you could still get 2 and the deluxe for roughly the same price as the Knightbus. Sorry for the confusion, this was a rough estimate.

Out of the Cinereplicas calendars opened so far this one is my favourite. 😁 I love both tote bags (this and the previous one), but I don't remember if the Deluxe calendar had one. 🤔

For me an Advent calendar has to be filled with chocolate. I appreciate the others but, as a minimalist person, I don't much care for small items/clutter. Give me an all-chocolate calendar (bonus points if the chocolate is good)

After years of advent calanders it feels like the imagination is running dry. Last year the hedwig advent was amazing and different. Some are winners such as the last pen with the maurauders map, otherwise it is a bit underwhelming 😓 they have so many options to make beautiful fun things but nah stick to the basics.

I have a question for you Peter about Harry Potter books, I'm reading the books again for third time this year. Why are there double words like had in the books. Its in all the books 1 - 7, I have the bloomsbury and Illustrated books. Noticed it when started the whole series the past year and half. Finished them last year at 29, loved the movies since I was 8 been the first movie was in cinemas. Lots of love from Australia. And when is your next Hogwarts Legacy stream? I'm still playing since February, it was a birthday present best gift in a long time.

Trash advent calender, so not worth it. Most of you guys are so blind from these cheap items. So not worth the price. Peter, you should show them all of the haul at the end of the video and then compare them to the price, that way people wouldn't keep their hopes up for this trash advent calender.

My thought is that it’s not my job to give my opinion on these about whether they’re good or not, but to show what is out there. I try to stay neutral. Some will like the calendars and prices, some won’t and I don’t want to sway anyone either way. (In case you are curious!) I’ve seen other KZbinrs who open advent calendars and completely bash them and over share their opinions and I’m thinking: okay, someone probably really liked it, was excited to open it themselves, and now they are going to feel bad or stupid for liking it OR it is a lower priced calendar or one they can afford and now you’ve ruined their joy. So I just show.
