I feel like they could add not only Snape, but Draco and Hagrid as well, and maybe even Luna Lovegood. But this is really cool to start! Maybe eventually they'll add an expansion pack or something. I feel like there's a ton of potential. Like do a Diagon Alley set, a Hogsmeade set, some classrooms...I'm asking a lot for a children's toy, but it's Harry Potter and I feel like when you do Harry Potter, you have to do it with the understanding that you're also somewhat doing it for the 30 year olds that grew up with the book series as well and not just the ones they typically aim for with these types of things.

That old school polly pocket was so detailed!!! This Harry Potter set is so well designed too. Been thinking about buying it. I was too old when the original Polly pockets came out so never played with them but I love tiny things.

I think you can put the students on the mechanism that chooses the house. When you push them down it’s as if they are being sorted to their proper houses while wearing the sorting hat. Take my money!

That was my first thought! I'm surprised she didn't point that out. You set them on the seat, put the sorting hat on them, and push them down and it will choose their house. Very clever!!!

I was an original Polly Pocket kid and I still have all mine as well! The beach compact, the vet office and hair salon….etc!! Right now I have an 8 month old cat named Polly Pocket and we call her Pocket lol so this is right up my (Diagon) Ally!

I begged my mom for months leading up to my birthday to buy me a Polly Pocket. On my birthday she got me a Polly Pocket necklace, I was over the moon. Then I went to my grandmas house, we were outside and I went to open my necklace to show off my new little friend when one of my cousins snuck up behind me, I jumped, Polly went flying and I never saw her again 😭😭

My grandma had old Polly Pockets at her house when I was a kid that I used to play with every weekend I spent with her. Until, one weekend I asked where they were and she told me she gave them away because "I was too old for them". I was heartbroken. So glad to see them having a resurgance.

They had an electronic Harry Potter Polly pocket style playset back in 2001. You could get the full castle, hagrids hut, the quidditch pitch, the forbidden forest, the hogwarts express.. it was expansive

Polly Pocket toys made me a miniatures fan. I still love everything mini at almost 50 years old. At one point I had a huge Hogwarts castle playset that had mini figurines like PP’s, but alas…earwax…I mean, I passed it along to a new generation of Harry Potter fans. This is absolutely adorable!

I'm in my 50s, and Polly Pocket was around in my youth as well. They have definitely had a few design changes and improvements over they years. But now comes the real magic trick: get all the pieces into the compact and be able to close it.

Brought back so many memories, and I recognized lots of pieces she had! I would've LOVED this Harry Potter collector's item when I was little, even if the books / movies weren't out yet. But omg I agree with her -- where the heck is Professor Snape ?!?!?!?! Especially that they have THREE seats at the head table! Terrible oversight, despite nailing so many other awesome features that it had!!!!

It included hogwarts, Hagrids hut, the quidditch pitch, hogwarts express, womping willow and the burrow.. it was quite basic but still worth checking out if you haven’t already! I would love a cauldron-shaped one with the inside being Potions class/Dungeons/Chamber of Secrets with Snape, and also one in the shape of the Care of Magical Creatures book which has Hagrid’s hut/Forbidden Forest/Whomping Willow and Hagrid himself. Then separate ones for each common room which gets you background characters.

They smashed this omg!!! It's just perfect and I'm so nostalgic now! I was not a big "girly" girl when I was a kid, I liked playing with cars more than with Barbies or stuff like that, but I had one Polly Pocket set that I absolutely loved. It was shaped like a book and had mermaids inside and I spent hours playing with it. I unfortunately didn't keep it, but I kind of regret it because I miss it now ^^ Anyway, sorry for this uninteresting story, and thanks for this video because I was really wondering if this collector's edition would live up to my childhood memories of Polly Pocket and it definitely does!
