A quick story about Taylor and Harry: Taylor used to make secret sessions with some of her fans before releasing an album. They would chat and spent a day together and she would play some of the unreleased songs just for them. About "I wish you would" (a songs from this same album Style is) she said to a fan in one of those secret sessions that when she and Harry broke up they later became friends. and according to Taylor, Harry told her that he bought or rent a house a block away from hers (funny cause Taylor did this once for a guy too lol, millioners 😂) and he would ride past her house with his car and wish to go and knock her door cause he missed her. The fan wrote this on the internet cause he said Taylor wanted this to be known, and she liked the comment so it confirmed it. Anyway that song talks about how while he would try to make his mind and go to her she was there in her room wishing him to do exactly that.

Hi! New to your channel, glad you are giving Taylor a chance. I started listening to her just 18 mos ago (I’m decades older). Yes, this IS about Harry Styles, she wrote about their relationship and how the media and paparazzi would get in the way and how they lived apart and that put a strain on their relationship. The songs she wrote about Harry are all good, and nice, just looking back on a relationship. Miss Americana doesn’t talk about ex boyfriends (gossip) but it does let you in on her as a person and some heavy topics. It helped me learn about her and understand her a bit more since I was new to her music. It helped me a lot.
