The mic is solid, mate. R0de is good stuff. Have you ever considered a centrifuge for your canning operation? Thoughts on trying Fermentis T-58 as a yeast for this? T-58 is supposed to get you some fruity & spicy notes - though I thought T-58 was for Hefeweizen?

I may try the comparison tomorrow. My first taste of mine didn't immediately scream Five Point though if I'm honest... Thinking of having a midweek members tasting evening for those in the trade...

The original CBC video (under direction from Greg Hobbs at 5 points) put the hops in directly at flameout, if you whirlpooled at 80 degrees, could they be your missing IBUs? Also, is there a dried yeast substitute for WLPO13? Very honest tasting of your beer though, cheers.

I think a few dozen cans will make it to the website. I think this one needs some more time though. I'm not happy with the Old English yeast from WHC labs, I won't be using it again, it just wont floc out.

Im using Malt Miller Old English Yeast in my Jubilee Best Bitter, Hoping that does clear, out , I will keep an eye out on the web site if the beer comes up....

Great videos, nice to see so much of your brewery, beers and business. If you got the recipe info from Jonny I think you probably got some good insight into cloning the bitter. He did a video back during the early days of the pandemic that included an interview with the brewer over at 5 points.
